Ein Ya'akov (Hebrew: עֵין יַעֲקֹב‎‎, lit. Jacob Spring) is a moshav in northern Israel. Located near Ma'alot-Tarshiha, it falls under the jurisdiction of Ma'ale Yosef Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 687.

The village was established in 1953 by immigrants from Kurdistan and Iraq. Its name is taken from Deuteronomy 33:28

And Israel dwelleth in safety, the fountain of Jacob alone, in a land of corn and wine; yea, his heavens drop down dew.
